After around eight months of intensive construction, 200 tonnes of steel used and over 1400 cubic metres of concrete placed, the company GANSHORN Medizin Electronic, currently still based in Niederlauer, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its new building in the “Am Altenberg” industrial zone in Bad Neustadt. Numerous guests from business, politics and the region gathered to celebrate the completion of the shell of the new warehouse and the modern glass office building.
“The topping-out ceremony is an important moment for us, which not only celebrates the progress of the construction work, but also the close cooperation with our partners and craftsmen,” said Mirko Gadza, Managing Director of GANSHORN, opening the festive event. This was followed by a traditional topping-out speech by Ciprian Trisca, who, as foreman of the Glöckle construction company, then raised his glass to the client, all those involved in the construction and the entire tradespeople.
Alfred E. Schiller, company founder and President of SCHILLER, emphasised the outstanding cooperation with the architects, engineers and craftsmen, “who are driving the project forward with a great deal of commitment and expertise.” Schiller also praised the solution-orientated work of the local trades in his speech. So far, it has been possible to overcome a number of challenges thanks to the unbureaucratic support of the city Bad Neustadt.
The construction project includes a light-flooded office building for a modern working environment as well as a production hall with approx. 5800 square metres, which will be built using state-of-the-art technology. The construction work is expected to last until the end of 2025.
