Infiniwell and SCHILLER have entered into a partnership

16.09.2024

Infiniwell and SCHILLER built a partnership in order to provide emergency medical services with enhanced live-streaming technology.

Infiniwell, a leader in web-based software solutions, and SCHILLER are proud to announce a strategic partnership. This collaboration will showcase the integration of SCHILLER's DEFIGARD Touch 7 with Infiniwell's SentioWebTM platform, providing an important tool to assist in the daily work of emergency medical services (EMS) with advanced live streaming technology.

Seamless integration with existing connectivity

This partnership builds on the existing connectivity features of the DEFIGARD Touch 7, enabling devices with sophisticated live-streaming capabilities without the need for upgrades. The integration enables continuous live streaming of vital sign parameters and waveforms, providing emergency medical services teams (EMS) with crucial, real-time data during the intervention.

SentioWebTM: an open platform with standard interfaces and many configuration options

A key aspect of this partnership is the open platformed SentioWebTM, featuring standard interfaces. The open platform allows seamless integration and compatibility with a wide range of medical devices and health record systems.
It also offers comprehensive configuration and setting options. Settings can be customized on the platform.
This flexibility makes SentioWebTM a versatile and scalable solution, adaptable to various EMS needs and scenarios.

Enhanced features of the DEFIGARD Touch 7 with SentioWebTM

  • Real-time web-based dashboard: EMS professionals can now access live data transmitted from the DEFIGARD Touch 7 on most web-enabled devices, providing an immediate and comprehensive configurable view of the patient's condition.
  • Innovative connected care: Using the SentioWebTM enhanced DEFIGARD Touch 7, receiving facilities will now have the capability to evaluate the patient’s state during transport and better prepare for the incoming patient.
  • Automatic charting: The integration of SentioWebTM ensures that all monitored vital signs and waveforms are automatically displayed, enhancing both patient care and documentation efficiency.
  • Continuous data display: Once the connection is done, from initial patient contact to hospital handoff, every piece of data is continuously streamed, ensuring a complete stream of the patient's state.

A milestone in emergency technology

Odd Sandbekkhaug, CEO of Infiniwell, noticed, "Our collaboration with SCHILLER marks a milestone in emergency technology. The integration of SentioWeb's open platform with the DEFIGARD Touch 7 leverages existing technology to provide EMS teams with a powerful tool, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency."

David Leopoldes, CEO of SCHILLER Medical, added, "This partnership is a proof of our commitment to continued innovation in emergency medical services. The enhanced capabilities of the DEFIGARD Touch 7, powered by Infiniwell’s SentioWebTM open platform, will enable faster and more informed decision-making in critical care situations."
